Mother Hubbard’s Scotland is a separate entity from the UK Mother Hubbard’s Famous Fish & Chips stores. The Glasgow Quay site has undertaken an extensive fit out and is the flagship store for Scotland. We are looking to open 25 stores across Scotland over the next 5 years with the team securing a £12m investment for the Scotland sites, these will be a combination of Franchise and company owned stores, creating 750 jobs across Scotland. Our vision is to make Fish & Chips sexy.

As a franchisee you can expect to benefit from the finest traditional fish & chips in the area.
